You man up, answer the phone, explain what's going on and apologize. Then you tell people how you're going to fix it.

As far as embarrassed, it's embarrassing to fart at your wife's tea party. When you take someone's money and not give them what they paid for, well, embarrassed doesn't apply. Plus, by looking at PACER (fed courts online system) this ain't Fred's first trip to the rodeo.

I wish MY wife would have a tea party...

You have to register and it's a few cents per page for documents but it's an invaluable tool for checking out prospective customers and competitors. I run everyone before we extend them credit. Virtually every county in the nation also has an online database for their courts.

I'll save you the time- Georgetown County, SC

Point taken Chris. I have edited my posts out and will not comment further on what I know about this topic. Hope everyone gets an equitable solution.

There's probably a really good reason she doesn't. ;)

I hope you took the comments in the spirit they were offered. You have a great company and great products. Thanks for being a supplier people can depend on. Sometimes it takes something like this for people to appreciate the good one's.

You have some general info on whats there, as Pacer is by no means a Free or a user friendly service.

I can't count how many times a low count or even a higher count poster would come on here and describe a situation or complain about Trick service only to be shot down by Trick flag wavers, and there are quite a few of them. The member would basically be bludgeoned into submission by these members. After seeing this gang mentality, those who would have posted siding with the original poster would not do so in fear of receiving the same treatment and I can't blame them one bit. So in dealing with the actual Trick service facts we now have a situation where the forum's credibility is now in question in my mind. Above all else we want to trust the members of the board to do the right thing, but obviously this needs to be tempered with one's own good judgement. This is bad on so many levels it hurts.

Well said,,,,,,I say this as a third party observer not involved in any way,,,,

Its funny that because Fred was in the " Good Guy Club " he was endlessly defended when it seemed obvious where things were going.

But in other cases a person makes an honest mistake and is crushed because they are not well known or liked.

Talk about the power of OSO.
