I don't know any of the players, and didn't do any business with Trick personally, however, I am in business with his (former) landlord, in another entity, who owns the building that Trick was doing business from. They have vacated the premise, left it in a costly mess to restore before it can be re-rented (I saw the way it was left, it was deplorable), delinquent in payment of their rent and with some 2 years left on their lease. I suspicion any of you that are thinking of taking legal action will be throwing good money after bad if it's money you're after. I think from what I've seen and heard, that is all gone.

I have received another email from a person that claims to be owed a very large sum of money. In fact, I believe it is the largest owed to one individual. I still cant understand how you can just close up shop and operate like nothing is wrong. Does anyone have a valid email address? The ones I tried dont work. Everyone has personal problems. I was once told 'Everbody could write their own bestseller' The bottom line is that my customers dont really care about my troubles, they just want the job done that they asked me to do. That's why they are customers and not friends. I get along great with my customers but they are still customers and demand service. You cant forget that. This guy has no right to throw his problems into the equation.

If you want to rip people off it seems like the marine industry is the perfect place to get away free and clear with a scam like this.
