why dont you guys post the actual doller amounts your out.......then people will see how big this actually is.......thats what Id be doing......no problem if its the truth......

I realize this whole Trick thing sucks and since I never have a ton of extra money I feel for those of you that have funds tied up there. Ian and I were lucky and bought a lot of stuff from him and had nothing but good experiences and talked to him when ever we needed him. I want to believe he got in deep, no matter what anyone says I will never believe he did this intentionally, like other people have said financial difficulties change peoples behavior. I just wish he would say something, although I doubt at this point it would be here, in fact there is a good chance his lawyer told him not to comment publicly. Good luck to those of you owed money, I hope through your cc you are able to recoup what is owed to you. Sorry but I will have to respectfully disagree with you here. Big Scotty came to OSO and attempted to screw over complete strangers. Fred came to OSO and successfully screwed over people who thought he was a friend. So, which one is worse? |

You guys have no idea how difficult it was to watch Trick run more ads, sell more product, and tout Stellings over CMI on here when we knew the amount of money he screwed CMI and Livorsi out of. And yes, some of the mess ups were on CMI, but the delays and some of the big issues were on Trick, which they blamed on CMI. Just setting the record straight. |
Pantera: Not sure how his state is but in my state debt to consumers comes before debt to supliers. Not that it changes your advice about dealing with this immediately! Lets face it guys you ARE NOT going to get your product. I can only hope that he is selling the stuff on ebay so that he can pay his customers back the money owed.
