In the first big Trick Marine thread (the one that the poster deleted), there were a lot of people who had posted what amount they were owed, I personally counted a little over $40K before it got deleted.

Given that it was a holiday weekend, I'm sure you'll get more response once this week gets underway.

julie, my name is rich arellano & have been doing business with trick for over 2 years now, this year alone i dropped 100,000 there. i started my 1st order 1 week before the miami boat show of 3 new konrad outdrives. when i finally got my order in july, yes july that is when i found out what else i would be needing. total shock that nobody informed me that the "ace" complete package was not complete. another 8,000 later & i get my parts in late august. well most of them, i am still waiting on a few, however most showed. also in january this year i sent back a p/s unit i got from you that was used once before it went, i am still waiting for my new part, since last jan. also in mid summer i ordered new tabs & sea strainers that were the wrong size, & returned. that was in july, it's november & i still can not get my card credited back about 6,000. is there anything you can do to help me? please, i could really use some. forget the fact that my boat was down all summer waiting for parts that never showed, i lost my storage unit due to being gone so long @ a friend's shop they thought i wasen't gonna b back they rented it & now i am really suffering, forget that. can i please get the part's i paid for in february, & the 6,000 i have been promised too b credited?!?! please please please let me know what you can do for a customer who has been very patiently waiting(and never asked for a dollar off of anything, ever). thank you rich
