Lets all not argue. The writing is on the wall and if everyone feels bad for Fred and wants to give him money he is on Ebay. Fact is if you don't pay your bills your suppliers shut you off in any business. If Fred was the man that everyone once thought he would be on here at least telling everyone they are beat but he prefers to hide behind Ebay to continue. Should Ebay be notified? Yes

From what I understand that won't be far off. You can't go excepting wire transfers, cc payments and such for all too long before someone comes 'a knocking.
From the tone of some of the mob here and other phone calls we're getting he'll be LUCKY if it's just the Feds.

Yeah, I can see that! I assume the threadstarters deleted the threads after Fred giving an "explanation" then...

Let's just begin with 2 closed Burger Kings. How many large, established franchises' do you see closing down around you? Who closes a multi-million dollar franchise? Creditors, those BK's went BK and Fred left the banks, private investors and BK corporate holding the bag.
I used to wonder the same thing when I would read a BK comment here and there. You have to be an idiot or a thief to break one of those franchises.

Under the carpet was more of a figure of speach. If my memory is correct some of the threads will still be up, but some were deleted if the poster wasn't considered "credible" (IE: alot of posts). It was more a case of the general population claiming Fred was a good guy and could do nothing wrong. I decided to keep my mouth shut instead of justifying my position everytime the subject came up. (I know a number of other members were feeling the same way as I would get a number of PM's agreeing with me whenever I posted my opinions on the matter)
