I think he was on a little earlier then that. I could be wrong but there was more then one time that he took his toys and tossed a hissy fit and pouted off to other boards. He deleted ALL his posts more then once. That is when I knew he was TOTALLY unstable. What kind of person would take that kind of time to find ALL your posts and delete them?

It could very well be possible, just going by his public profile.

I just did a Google search for "Trick Marine" just to see what pops up. The first 8 pages had nothing but glowing reviews of Trick and ads from different web sites. There was one guy from a bass fishing board that got phucked in October but the rest was good information. I am very surprised that this thread did not make the first 8 pages. In the early days of OSO, Fred would have received a visit from Carmine and Guido for a little Louisville Slugger therapy by now and this situation would have been resolved. I have not seen the bat in years. Is a class action suit a possibility. That may put the good folks that got the axle a little higher up the priority list. Have we heard from Dhlaw and the other lawyer types as to what the options are?

Blood from a turnip. best you could do is force Trick into bankruptcy but what would you get? He'll fold the corp and move on. That is, unless he's personally signed on some of the debt. You might get him on a criminal complaint through SC's Attorney General for false practices. It's a crime to spend other's money when you know you're going under. Tough to prove and not enough $$ to really get the AG's attention.

Like most scumbags, Fred has probably gone to great lengths to make himself judgment-proof. This isn't his first bust-out. he knows the drill.

I've read just about every post on all the threads related to this mess and after reading the last post I realized I've never seen a real picture of Fred.
Anyone have a shot of him so we know what he may look like if he gets into business again ?
