I remember the IMCO issues starting because of IMCOs stance of "no warranty on high performance parts"........guys were blowing up drives in the first few hours of use and IMCO wouldnt even look into the situation just keep saying "no warranty on high performance parts".....and Fred (and the membership of OSO) had a problem with that stance.

sounds like a good idea!

Best to let this issue go away. Bad things somehow come back to bad people, and the only thing good is another bad apple is gone from the garden. I lost alot of sales from this.If I ever complained to Livorsi, Gaffrig or CMI about Trick got better pricing then me, they didn't care, they never listen, they say oh, they are a distributor so they get OEM pricing..So I say I hope they got stiffed bad enough. You don't let distributors sell to the retail public. These big biz have special pricing that others don't, that allows the distributors to whore and pimp the product making it less valuable. An object is worth nothing when it is sold at cost value.
