http://www.monstermarinestore.com/default.cfm Trick Marine strives to provide you with high quality products at the best prices. Performance boating is expensive. WE WILL SAVE YOU MONEY. Trick Marine is the largest distributor of Dana Marine Products in the US. We are also a distributor for Livorsi Marine. In addition we are a full line dealer for: IMCO, Accon Stainless Hardware, Dino Steering Wheels, Isotta Steering Wheels, CMI Exhaust, Lightning Headers, And More! For those customer that need s little more "ooMPH" for thier offshore boats we also offer complete custom engine packages by MER Performance of Myrtle Beach South Carolina. If you don't see what you need on our website or soon to be released catalog, please call. Chances are we have it or can get it for you at significant savings. |
I remember the IMCO issues starting because of IMCOs stance of "no warranty on high performance parts"........guys were blowing up drives in the first few hours of use and IMCO wouldnt even look into the situation just keep saying "no warranty on high performance parts".....and Fred (and the membership of OSO) had a problem with that stance.

Don't you need a Social Security # or EIN# to do a 1099?

If Fred ends up in bankruptcy court again, this whole Gaffrig this will unravel like a cheap sweater.

Don't know if anyone has mentioned this yet or not. Send the IRS a 1099 form with the amount you were charged. This will trigger unreported income and thus taxes owed by Trick Marine. If enough people send this who knows. I've done this in the past when contractors I paid did not deliver goods/services. Just a thought. Ken

Best to let this issue go away. Bad things somehow come back to bad people, and the only thing good is another bad apple is gone from the garden. I lost alot of sales from this.If I ever complained to Livorsi, Gaffrig or CMI about Trick got better pricing then me, they didn't care, they never listen, they say oh, they are a distributor so they get OEM pricing..So I say I hope they got stiffed bad enough. You don't let distributors sell to the retail public. These big biz have special pricing that others don't, that allows the distributors to whore and pimp the product making it less valuable. An object is worth nothing when it is sold at cost value.
