I was burnt years ago by a kid I grew up with he was building a house and upgraded the rugs. well after 6mons of not getting paid. I was going to take a lien out on his house but he lost it too. Now on all custom rugs its 1/2 up front balance before its delivered. fred did me good I guess Iwas lucky, but wait I still have not put the hydraulic steering all on so there might be some pieces missing. artie

The problem with Judgments are its still the person who is owed the money's responsibility to enforce the judgment. They are basically useless unles you can get 3 vendors together and force a bankruptcy.
And this only works if there is something to liquidate.


I got stuck by a 25 year client for $52000.00 this year and I am not sure if my business will ever come out of this whole.

I does suck when someone seemingly intended to use the monies earned and sticks it to his vendors.
