31 sonic @ lab marine .NOT well kept
I looked @ boat and had survey done.BE CAREFULL BEFOR YOU SPEND ALOT GOING DONE THERE WITH HOPES UP.
Boat has been hammered and litteraly put away wet.Boat has been there since 4/08 for a reason.30k may be to much.
I had offer accepted for 40k and ran away about 600.00 lighter all together,pluss alot of time involved.
THERE STILL ADVERTISING IT AS WELL KEPT. THATS PATHETIC!!!!!!!!

8 million stress cracks on deck and cockpit/ cabin liner,also i think the boat may have been partially submersed.
all pully sheaths are coroded as well as one of the alternators.i don't think the vynil will clean up to good.a lot of well impregnated mold.it sucks from the rubrail up,including engine compartment.this guy stuffed it or something.

Thanks for the info!! I was thinking hard about going to look at that boat in the next couple weeks. I wont even bother now. I have a friend that also looked at it last year and he said he was not inside the boat ...but the outside was hammered as you also mention. His estimate was at least 5grand just in gel work.
