I Must be the lucky one....
Only problem I had is when the drives were shipped to me, one fell off the skid and scratched the top cap.
Blew one up and he fixed it.
Broke a few vertical shafts and sent me a new one....sold me some also after that.
I guess you can't please everyone.

We dealt with him in the wintertime when we were testing Bajas down there. Perfect service everytime when we had no other options.

It's quite possible that the XR you received was the crap a previous person sent him. Believe me, I am not trying to give this guy an out as your reputation is everything in business. BUt he is possibly just passing crap trying to get sneaky upgrades for him to sell. shady at best, criminal at worst. either way, haven't heard him speak up with a good defense.

dean is a complete a**. i watched him screw my friend first hand and even made a few phone calls for my friend. this got him nothing. we also went about it in a polite non violent manner. dean is a compulsive liar, would not stand behind anything he sold and in the end he would not answer his phone. just a first class jerk that has no bussiness being in bussiness.

AMEN TO THAT! I've moved on, I don't have the time to jack with it anymore. Got the drive rebuilt and remachined by Max Machine Worx and upgraded to torsional shafts, cryo'd gears billet cap, etc. No Problems now.

Dean should hope that he never runs into me, however. I might just ruin his day.

How did you pay for them, what did the sales contract look like, and what state, or forum of law (if there was a change of venue in the sales contract stating where any disputes would be adjudicated), were you dealing with?

What state did you wire transfer the money to, and what state does the Seller live in and conduct business in? (It could very likely be the same state)
