What is one to think of those that support/allow/defend/ignore/deny this behavior???

Chris Sunkins existence in this sport relies on the minions that support the life of SOS.

If you dont want this crap to continue it is those people that have to be convinced to stop enabling.

Saw him in Tommy's 39 Cig last year at the Shootout.

That's another one of his long-time boating friends.....that's never seen him in his own boat. :D

Get the word out if you know of someone who may be a danger to himself or others...he may be driving the boat coming at you at 170 mph and hasn't ever driven a boat like the one he's piloting and is clueless to correct it if it gets out of shape.

I do remember Chris talking about Tommy's boat last in Cambridge, he did not have good things to say about the way the newer Cig's were built!!

I did take him on a Fountain ride, twice. The second time didn't work out so good :lolhit:

I've had a lot of free time recently and I've been reading a lot of old thread as I'm curious how he got his foothold on OSO.
The guy started out friendly and informative then moved to having strong opinions on a variety of subjects and lastly becoming a verbal bully, the comment he made to someone about fingering his sister was the most offensive thing I've ever read on OSO. He should have been banned then.
In the past I usually ignored his post since I did not like how he talked about his military service. People that did the things he talks about usually don't brag about them. I now have a very bad feeling regarding his military service.

Most forums have their clocks set at 15 minute refresh.

When you go through the names on the bottom of the page it shows people have been off line for 3 hours and their name is still there.

For whose benefit is that BS game being played for???

All 2009 until March 2010 it showed the most people ever on line at once was 322.

Last week it jumped to 464.

Thank you for the sincerity, as a few people can attest I have been telling people sunkin is full of it for over a year. The gas tank was done last year. Some people view restoration as a little more than touch up paint. I took off a little time to be with my mom as she was dying late last summer.

Not sure what you are implying, and yes. Chris helped me pick it up. I didn't have enough truck. The restoration is my project. I have seen Chris once since he dropped it off. That was at a poker run.

I can see why so many people went underground when this chit hit the fan. You guys are way over the line with this whole "harrass everybody who doesn't quit there" routine.

Yet... so many of you spend so much time there, and even still post.

Sorry John, I go thru so many boats and really cant remeber how long ago it was that you bought that boat, like it really matters, i have pics:drink:. Your comment about the restoration is a kick in my face, I spent a ton of money on that boat, and made it perfect, well almost, but for a older boat it was in great shape, you got it home and turned it into a major project. It needed the motors redone, and some cables!! Well see if it hits the water this year:grinser010:. HaHa! I logged in last night (first time in six or more months) to see if I could still login, and to send a few messages. I made that post and within 10 minutes or so, didn't work anymore! :) BooHoo! LOL

No one wants their home or team attacked and may fight to the death to protect it. When the 4 of us did what we did it was NOT an attack on our home. Since then many things have been said by people on both sides of this issue that were not called for. And good friendships have been strained or lost. That is a shame in so many ways because it is such a small community. Regardless of who you believe the damage will take a while to be fixed. Thanks for saying that though.

No need to take it personally, everyone understands the 'sense of community' thing, and the 'old habits die hard' thing.

Likely jacked the refresh clock to 24 hours, or maybe even 48. OSO probably has it set for 10-15 minutes before it clears people that click away or log off.
