I'm no lawyer.....but class action? We're not talking about defective safetybelts or run-away Prius cars with mega-horsepower!
We're talking about a 2-bit con man dirtbag that lied to his hobbiest peers, fabricated his life story for credibility and ripped people off. Multiple lawsuits would be quite effective on this genuine tool. PEOPLE ATE HIS BULL$IT UP!!!

Maybe he thinks the deflection of the spotlight will happen now that he is having Dave stand out front.
Not a cool thing to do to a friend.

Is it just me, or wouldn't it have been simpler for CS to just use different computers for his multiple personalities? Mods like Speedgirl always catch these people.
