I defer to my earlier post, as the promised evidence has once again not been provided.
I figured it out!!!! just had to go back a few threads to connect the dots.....
MTC brokered the outlerlimits between Mary and Dominic.... Dom paid MTC, MTC never paid Mary, but neither party new that MTC was actually involved in the deal... But it wasn't actually an Outerlimits, it was just an Activator with an OL hull id..and the motors, they were taken in the middle of the night from MTC's yard (they tried to get the whole boat, but the guy who works the security camera in the yard told the guy the wrong ball size. They took the chart plotter and stereo too, but they accidently got dropped in a wood chipper that Sunkin claimed to own. The guy at MTC denies knowing Sunkin, but Catastrophy found Satilite piks on the internet. Further sluething determined they werent actually sat photos, but photos taken by Jayboat from an SR71 spyplane owned by Commanche3six. These photos were then sent to Phantomchaos for distribution
Its all making sense now.....

This thread was started elsewhere in the General Forum right as I read earlier......yes or no?? Yes
The responses to that other thread came back being a whole lot of negatives with dealings with MTC.....yes or no?? Yes
So the forum boss' want proof but deleat when there was negative feedback to the question being asked.....yes or no??

Minus 0 for these Rip-Off Artists. Sold boat to an elderly man that did not run with assurances that had been completely checked out and gone over by them. Boat did not run. Tried to extort almost $4000 additional $ from poor man. Scammers that should be put out of business yesterday! Don't buy here!

This is a sick and VERY TRUE story. This is one of the individuals that contacted me when I posted my phone number for Eyeswide. This is also one of the individuals that I'm trying to have post details of their experience. Just keep in mind that these a$$wipes are threatening anyone and everyone who post here with a law suit.

I do know the owner of MTC and Jeff and about both deals mentioned on hear ,your only getting someones complaint with no facts .I watched this co. come up the past few years and it didnt survive the past few years by making unhappy customers and thats a fact !!!!!!!!! When you buy used boats there is allways something wrong thats not noticed until you spend time using it Hell I have purchased several new boats and found lots of things that wasnt right the difference is NEW COMES WITH A WARRINTEE .like someone said earlier get a survay MTC has done work on my boat ,great job ,prompt service,competative price. MTC works on why nicer boats then mine.If I were to purchace a used boat off of private owner or dealer ,spending more then 20 k I would negotiate the survey in the deal ,sea trail it for more then minutes. and get everything in writting.

I'm the one that said get a survey no matter what, and I learned that lesson from dealing with Jeff Wilson.
I want to point out something to you, you have 577 posts on this forum, so you undoubtably know your stuff. But what about the newbie that doesn't know to get a survey and takes a person at their word?? Is it OK for a dealer/person to take advantage of that? That's exactly what happened. I'm glad you had a good experience with MTC, but not everyone has.

Out of the 120 or so odd hours that have transpired since you posted that, maybe you could take 5 minutes to do what you said you would. Then with some substance behind your allegations, your post may have some weight and the issue of unsupported allegations would be over.

Why cant you just tell your story? 1. you bought a boat off of the private owner Scott not MTC and you got what Scott advertised .I think you should post your contract .I would bet money that you wouldnt do that .As to BBB stuff that boat was 1988 the fella Bought it AS IS written real big on his cotract, sea trailed it took it home for period of time then brought it back ,with a broken drive oked the cost of the repairs and installation of reman 2003 model B1 I think 3600.00ish was a fair price for parts and labor, then stopped payment on the check .TCBOSS tell your story and Ill fill in the blanks .
