I don't know any of you but, at this point, marineclean, the public opinion is not swinging in your favor.
Why would anyone sue someone out of state, when they can do it in their own state? Home field advantage.
Whether you like catastrophe or not, his questions in post 91 do bring up a valid point.
As for whether those on here are a:
Judge: Yes. I make judgments all the time. Most call it forming an educated opinion.
Juror: Yes again. Have been selected for jury duty a few times.
Connection with Jeff: None
Attorney: Since when do you have to be an attorney to know about rights.
Business with you: I'm a potential customer.
Join in Apr 2010: No. But my bday is in Apr.
Post count a few hundred shy of mine: Yes. But I've been here since 2002
Any contact with JJ: Again I don't know the guy.
