No need. The only slanderous remarks that were on here were deleted by Donnie.
It's a stretch to refer to all this as a misunderstanding.
I dont think the lender misunderstood he was supposed to be repayed.

Just for the record I do value the beware section. I just think that when it has gone to court we need to let the law do what it is there to do.As I see it right now we are only getting one side of the story. I will wait to see the whole story and the courts decision.
