I'm no lawyer but it looks like they bought interest in the team, not a seat on the boat. I remember this boat having lots of engine problems? I guess they didn't get any ROI or a seat on the boat. Did MikeyFIN get a seat on the boat in KW?

Also the funny thing about this contract is that HE made it up ..not me . So there is no way i could of misrepresented him anything !

He knew the deal and if he wanted to be in the boat it would cost him extra ..hence the 50% HIS SHARE !! That i never seen a dime of, if there would of been sponsors or money made ..AS OF THE CONTARCT HE IS ENTITLED TO 50% OF THAT !

Phanter, Mika had no seat in KW...we never agreed on that he came to KW to hang out and watch. He raced in clearwater before KW. He did not pay me for KW to be in the boat, he basicly payed half of the condo which was cheaper then a hotel room !
That is why i dont understand what he has to do with this !?

Petri on the otherhand is upset because he could not manage to screw me and i caught it and kept the money from the first deal for the unpaid second !
I also never said i payed OPA, i said i have to pay the full amount even for 1 race and that it would cost him a few bucks more now! He said ..NO under these surcomestands i will not race with you , i said fine so we are good !

About the Fb page, things like that are not funny..no matter if me or anybody else..it shows what kind of POOR caracters they are !

Bob Oetringer if anything owes me money and the hatch is still today not finished + the estimat was 400 and i buy the materials..which i did !

In Clearwater... and Scotty told the trim pump was defect after his equipment got his ass handed to him before a half a lap... I was pissed at his mouthiung off being This time competitive while 2 days before the race testing I could tell it's a POS.. but still got a podium despite DNF and it cost me not much but still dissapointed. In KW I joined Scotty just to help him as while Tommy Palasciano (without my knowledge in advance) got shafted this time, while I saw what was happening me and Tommy left Scotty *****ing by himself as he had no money to Party, but, WE had FUN despite Scotty trying to start an argue. I even had his wife out with us partying and demanded Scott to stay once, some bought this sorry ass drinks and you could tell he took it hard.
KW was a disaster with him but without him..well you guys know who you are and we'll meet again :) and Anastasia and her coworkers att RGS ;).. she was nice off duty..WUFF ;)

Regarding Scotty's mouthing of being a kickboxing champion of Germany at 15 yrs (not possible in Europe) and to Petri as a Muay Thai skilled guy I might check his cards as I've been around MuayThai a little... and then some. But I'm intolerant to his threats and using martial arts in the process.. looking at him I couldn't take his threats seriously or boasting..

He raced, actually got second place..............After 2 boats dropped out due to mechanical trouble:evilb:. Looks like his mechanical gremlins are gone, and we found them:angry-smiley-038: He was actually well behaved, and kinda fun to be around this weekend.

How many boats were in that class that finished the race??

3 finished, we had ignition/fuel pressure issues, and national guard had internal engine issues. Oh, I see where you were going with that:lolhit: Judging by the speeds from the results page at SBI, if we would have got our issues fixed, Velocity would have had to wake up to get the win.

With those speeds the race would´ve been cancelled overhere :) on the other hand our race laps are longer than some total races in US... hell our 24 foot cats would run circles around those in anyweather...come on ...honestly.

With the speeds posted daredevil has run slower still than before....so no wonder he didn´t break this time, he´s saving his equipment and jacking money from Kurt who thinks they are racing... I know how that dirtbag works... so still no kudos for the "effort"

I´ve seen them on bad reps case... all I can say is someone runs with stolen money...is it worthwhile to go the length in court in US as the legal system work there nowadays, no as it´s total lottery IMO. So that´s how daredevil gets away with all this. The first one I know who got stiffled shot himself... the next one had to pay the whole entrant fees of one season to just race one race....can we blame all on one guy ... nope but can´t let him go like nothing happened either...

You guys keep whining about not taking him to court because of the process but if you actually read the contrtact it calls for mediation and then binding arbitration. Mediation, when both sides won't move, takes about an hour. Arbitration would take 3-4 hours. So, if your case is as good as you think, you could have a judgement in your favor relatively quickly. Collecting would be the only hard part but a judgement in Florida is good for twenty years, so you could make his life and credit a little more miserable.
