So the "new" owner Danny was talking about is Justin? Did someone from Jersey "convince" Danny to give it back? He was awful adament about not bothering the new owner. Inquiring minds want to know!

so you mean to tell me that the person who stole the vehicle went out of there way and changed all of the vin numbers (i.e. chassis, etched windows, dashboard, etc). sounds like a lot of time and money just to sell it for equal money to make the changes.

I dont see whits so hard to believe. Everyone keeps saying that he didnt have any proof of ownership, but if that were the case, the S.O would have NEVER given the boat back to him. Also, you guys keep going back to the registration letters. You guys dont have a clue how much bulls*&# our registration Dept is. I bought my boat in Sept of 2010, registered it a week later, and still all i have is my temp #'s. I still keep the N.C reg #'s on there just so there is something for them (DNR) to see, and hopefully they wont F*** with me.

I have been watching this all unfold in the background. Justin, I hope you did get your boat back in one piece. There were some lessons learned here for sure.

I must admit, however, I was really looking forward to Danny's YouTube fountain video. I'm sure his nautical skillz are about as good as his 2nd gen z28 donut skillz
