I agree. Feels like watching a crime drama but they won't show the ending.

IMO boat is long gone or something we dont know here. A 30ft boat just doesn't dissapear

This is just me...AND ONLY MY IDEA....but if I was in Danny's shoes, I woulda made a midnight run and sunk that boat. I would chalk up the $6k as money lost, and made it up on some other sucker at a later date. There are some deeeeeep lakes around. Simple end to the story. :drink:
