That is a very good website (if you need to track a case for status or scheduling). Thank you.

Good read.
Looks like all the rumors are 100% true.

The magazine did not make Derreberry settle for 70K.
The magazine did not make anyone grind up boats.
The magazine did not pursue legal action against anyone.
Way I see it is PB mag just put out the facts.

The magazine didn't move the camera while the theft was taking place, to follow the action.

Great point.
The sources are the same.
Jeff , NYC police, the insurance investigators , checking for the public records that detail charges etc.
Either you acknowledge Paul was correct all along or you continue to dismiss what you read in a different format than here.....as rumours.
Its everyones choice.
Nothing has changed.
Those that think this is wrong guys in wrong place at wrong time are just blinded by friendship.

Now there's a great point! When CardShark was first stolen everybody wanted blood! And I'm sure if CS was taken by an unknown those feelings would have continued. But it wasn't. The people involved in the Theft Ring are known to the OSO membership. Some are/were members themselves. Popular people, friends to many on business and personal levels. Offshore Powerboat people. Racers, engine builder, hauler, marina owner, salesman, powerboat builder etc. People we like, people we admire. Sometimes the truth revealed can be quite a shock, a dissapointment. Sure did temper some of the angry posts. It's difficult to eat your own.
