Here is what I dont get... aside from jay and catmanisheevenaroundanymore, you guys are all a buch of right wing, pro buisness, free trade, get the govt out of our lives type people (no offense ment to either party)... an insurance company IS A BUISNESS...the sole purpose of having a buisness is to make money, turn a profit. if you want to take it in the arse and help people your a charity. If the insurance company isnt taking in more than its paying out, it goes broke, doesnt make money for the company owner/shareholders etc. Doing everything it can to prevent paying claims and paying as little as possible is in the BEST INTEREST of the insurance company. A buisness not a charity, they are there for the shareholders, NOT YOU. So WTF is this biotch ass pansy whinning because the company is doing what its supposed too and taking your money, and passing it on to the shareholders. It a free market, thats how it works...if you dont like your rates find another company, if you cant find another company, start one...its a basic free market system you all love so much when it puts money in your pocket, but when it takes it out... if you are going to play the free market game for gain, dont cry like a beetch when you feel the pain. its hypocritical, two faced and childish.

Auto liability in most states is....nothing compulsory about boat insurance...sure the finance company wants you to have ins. but then again ..free market, nobody is pointing a gun to your head to make you go into debt to buy a boat, plus it would be bad buisness to lend money without some kind of hedge on your bet like ins. buy the borrower...... feel free to start your own boat fiancing company that doesnt require ins.....

We call them " insurance companies" and " oil companies" which are supposedly big black demons.
In fact they are all mostly public companies that have shareholders that include your grandmothers , your priest , your wives and your parents , who ALL want a profit.
Oh yeah I forgot......even some of the members here may own stock in there someplace.

Why was the name of the North Texas Yacht broker omitted from the story? Seems like a "low" blow that they outed everyone else in the story but left his name out.
