The facts are that there are a number of separate cases here that are misleading and all being lumped in under the card shark name, the facts are that the people that were being investigated and some wound up in jail and others made deals, if you want to scream to the high heavens how unfair you think that is then so be it. but when you are once again interjecting opinion as fact and writing it, that is called libel. there are people involved that have not had their day in court, whether anyone on here likes it they are entitled to it...without people making accusations and lies to bolster their own opinions as facts, if you are disgusted with the acts then OK, but why lie an make crap up?

Don't know how this thread became about anybody other than the cu nts that stole boats.
I haven't paid attention to the order of the posts but hasn't Mr. Slonaker posted his stuff as a reaction to someone's BS that he checked up on with his source and confirmed it was inaccurate.
I know exactly who he receives his info from and it couldn't be more credible.
And if anyone gets away with any of this because someone key in all this isn't alive anymore ....well that's unfortunate for all of us.

We had a dufuss fu ck that said he made wheels, we had an idiot that within 3 weeks of joining 4 boating forums was going to have an owners poker run where the sponsors and participants had to pay by March for an event in August. Brilliant.
Now we have a boatbuilder for the eleventh fu king time sticking it up some poor schmucks azz with a paid for nonexistent finished boat.
We even have a Forum in this hobby of ours owned by provably the biggest sociopath con artist I've met. He just recently fuc ked some poor pri ck out of 60k.
When did all this become acceptable enough that it's overlooked or wink wink nod nod that these people are still around us ?
Why in hell are people arguing amongst ourselves instead of putting the effort towards making sure that this sh it doesnt get repeated ?
How the heck in a group of guys that for the most part work their azz off to afford their toys, or a group of guys that wouldn't take sh it from most anyone else in their life, clearly a group full of A personalities.....how can there be a builder on here that has screwed people over for 2 decades or a gang of boat thieves that reportedly operated amongst us all for 6 plus years?.
