You are correct about the legal system here in Texas. Had all these guys pulled their shenaggins here, most would be looking at a minimum of 25 years. Curtis with all his felonies would need to get his own zip code he would be here for so long. If he was tried here for his domestic violence charge, he would have to be kept in solitary and not be able to mingle with the other inmates. Simply put...they would do him in. Beating your wife here in Texas has serious actions before you even get to court and many times before you even get back to the police station. The ONLY problem that we have down here is that some of our DA's and Sheriffs are NOT as honest as they shouold be, but this is also a problem nation wide. It is an even bigger problem when certain people are good buddies with a DA and or a Sheriff. There is no better way of protection from the legal system than having a good buddy in the legal system...if you guys catch the drift here as to WHY a certain boat salesman and a certain owner of a boat place were not brought in on all of this crap and they would also have their day in court.

How about kicking or giving time-outs to people who break the rules instead of letting accused wrong-doers poof a thread that they don't want in the first place by throwing a few insults around.

You have quite an avid interest in making your opinion known in this matter. I admit that I follow these threads simply for the entertainment. Your "aquaintanence", Jeff Murray, was quite the bully here on these boards before he went away on vacation. So, I find it mildly amusing that the guy who would claim that everyone who hauled without the proper insurance and bonding was operating illegally and OMG don't let them haul your boat bla bla bla is now in jail!

You have claimed to have contacts that supply you with this priveleged information regarding this case. I vaguely remember something about you having a judge friend. If the information you have IS NOT public record, how did you obtain it? Would your knowledge of these supposed facts be illegal? You are poised up on your moral high horse, yet you continue to avoid the question that would give your opinions or facts credibilty. How have you obtained your information?

My Judge friend has nothing to do with the "goings-on" stuff in New York...only things that happened here in Texas. I have friends in the Suffock County Legal system and they have asked me to not put their names out there...so I wont. There are a few members here that do know who some of my contacts are, but they wont tell either. My contacts have told me things to keep to myself...which I have, but all the things that I have posted is and will be public knowledge when the people that enter this information gets it done. As for the credibility of things I have said...without my contacts names...think about this...has it happened? One of my friends wasnt even out of the court room when he called me to tell me about the outcome on Sgro. I posted it right then and many whinned and whinned, but guess what...it was all true. Just because I wont list my contacts names does not hurt any credibility in most people's eye here. Just go back and look at whatever I said, then go look it up on the court records and see if it happened. I also posted that IMO..."Personally...I think Angelo was done in". This was ONLY my opinion, but a few turned it into gospile and started saying that it is basically fact. It is ONLY my opinion and I still think that...right or wrong. There are many people on this thread that cant read anything here and then come back and repeat it as it was said. They have to twist it to add to it and one person simply said that he wished he would know when someone was going to come by to do something...then someone else turned it around and made the statement that this other person should not make threats. The guy threatened no one, but the other person is a prime example of adding to whatever on a thread by twisting it around, which is just a nice way to say that the person is a vivid liar. And my opinion is no different than others' opinions here...except mine seem to be more accurate.

As I suspected. To come here, and post what you, and you only have obtained from your "contacts", yet fail to qualify these findings with any backup whatsoever, is laughable. We have had plenty of posers throughout the years here, who claimed to be "in the know", yet when exposed, turned out to be complete frauds.

Until you can verify your sources, your information should be posted as simply your opinion, and not stated as fact. Further, you DO seem to have an axe to grind. Whenever you have been questioned about the source of this information, the instant response is canned and oblique, just like the one you have given to my question.

Maybe I'm missing something here, but it is fact in reading this thread that he has given information prior to the events coming to pass, thats all the credibility I need in my book and I think others would agree.
