A lot of people put a lot of money in their boats for someone to just come along and tamper with it or try to steal it. I will ask this, WHY IS THE GUY STILL ON THIS WEBSITE? I would of thought he would be banned by now with the things he posts

Are you kidding me? Dude do you not see what on the chip racing is doing? The guy has been arrested more times than we can count and all you care about is if he's going to race? If it was your boat that he stole or was tampering with I'm pretty sure your attitude would be different!

I see that you are foolish enough to post that drivel. It is a feeling shared by some on OSO. An unfortunate circumstance for the rest of OSO. It's like having a brand new shiny Ferrari with a nasty door ding. Passersby appreciate the car, but exclaim how that door ding detracts from the vehicle.

They knowingly bought stolen property.
And anyone with a brain knows that they would have to sell that stolen property to the next guy to make money.
If you don't like people calling them thieves , would you like everyone to use a different name ?
Same way you can't call a guy a boat thief if the boat he reported stolen never existed.

For the record I owe you guys nothing.But because you aren't a dickhead like most on this thread,I will say the arrest is from 1996 not 2007.Again polesmoker is a jerkoff.I cleared up the 1996 arrest in 2007 while at the worlds.posted 25000 cash bail from ny before I flew in.The 96 arrest is from taking sgros fever truck out of the police impound yard.Charged with gta,crim misc and some other b.s..I think 4 charges in all.1000 bail,got probation and somehow fu cked up the terms of probation 6 months later.didn't call probation dept. in fla.The hurricane in key west sometime after destroyed all records of arrest,but I still had a fla warrant.In 07 I got it formally dismissed.I am sure one of you asshats will cry bull****,but I don't really care.It is what it is.

You seem to have been a busy boy for a considerable amount of time in your life...involved in alot of stuff with a nice lengthy "rap-sheet". I am sure it is sometning to be very proud of. I think I will dig down into your hole alittle deeper and see what else I might trip over.

Exactly, but I did send a letter to the Texas Rangers naming the others as well as the Sheriff and the DA that it appears that there was some "brother-in-law" deals done to escape prosecution. Maybe something will come of it...maybe not, but if it was me...I wouldnt assume that it is done and over with.
