Obviously you made the "Soprano's" your role model.

I think I counted 8 over 50k Felony and 3 Misdemeanor charges.

Trust me on this, he wouldn't have had such favorable terms if he was being tried for these offenses in Texas.

If I remember correctly I believe the driver got 5 or 7 years in Texas Dept. of Corrections for 1 felony arrest and conviction.
I guess things are a little different down here when they prosecute criminals.
These charges in Texas would have landed 25 years easily or more and no review for parole for probably 15 years.

I'm curious, are congratulations from the membership supposed to be in order for getting off so easily???

See ya,
Kelly

You don't have to be a genius to figure out why after years of court costs spent by the govt that there is a reason why a felony turns into a misdemeanor.

Either you write a large check or you trade for something else

Rates will rise regardless.....More due to sinking, running aground, docking accidents, transport accidents etc.... That stuff happens a lot more often. ps nice avatar, your a real online vigilante.

pp j, honestly idk why it bothers me but it does.
Maybe the fact that its so forceful from people who self admittedly has nothing to do with it. Along with the speculation, and harassment.

I know others feel the same.

Whatever. I can't & wont keep up the back & forth.
Talk $hit if y'all want. But its a small world.

The State of Texas and all it's District Courts could care less about the incurred costs of prosecuting offenders of State law.
Convictions and lengthy incarcerations are the number one priority.
I have several bud's in law enforcement and they'll tell you that with this many felony charges you'd be very lucky to even plea bargain down to 25 years.

I find it quite a shame that the prosecutors there agreed to this plea agreements terms.
What kind of example does it set for the citizenship of the state, most especially the young people???

i am serious dude! As if a fine upstanding citizen like you is able to tell the truth! As for you caring; big surprise there! Even helen keller could see that anyone who gets themselves locked up 50 times doesnt care about much. Again, don't you have a crime to commit?

There are so many speaking that have no clue. when arrested say for a DUI, you have at a minimum 5 charges against you. then they whittle them down, I know this first hand. Dont for one second think that an overzealous prosecutor trying to make a name for himself wont add charges to make a jaywalker seem like Al Capone.

Now for card shark from the people I have spoken with and know, the proper people are in Jail, the others cut a deal before all this went down to escape, and prosecutors are trying to make a flimsy case against others.

As for the Activator, dont for one second think that the current owner was the only one duped. Ask him to see his loan documents and ask him who he made his payments to , see if he can produce ALL the info, my bet is he wont (loanholder)...that person is the one that is out the majority of the money, I'll leave his name out of it...slonaker, you are a moron, you have no clue what you are talking about and only want to try to vindicate a career criminal.

I've said it time and time again, let the courts handle it because the people that are commenting with speculation and innuendo are the true morons here.

Some of you really need to just let the legal system work.

First line on my recent insurance update from the underwriter to the agent

Prior to binding, we will want to review the insured’s theft-prevention plan as this is a CC with quad engines (high theft target).

Very first sentence

Nice of you to be flippant with someone elses grief that this group and others have caused around here.

And lose the Small World sh it . You are wasting your time using it on me.
