You said that Jeff Murray is just a thief and belongs in a dung heap. Hmmmmmmmm...now correct me if I am wrong here...but YOUR FRIEND, Curtis is ALSO a thief. He stole from the insurance company...or tried to and this has been proven and it is FACT. He pled guilty to Felony insurance fraud. He has had his day in court and still has two other felony charges pending. Dont forget about "Come Fly With Me".

Now...as for Curtis's wife and baby pic...those were posted so that everyone could see just who your buddy...that being Curtis, threatened to harm/hurt. It takes an even more tougher guy than YOU to make a threat to hurt or harm a woman. You claim to know what happened...if you do and it is different from what I said...why dont you enlighten us with your knowledge on it. Come on Robbie...tell us YOUR version or whatever version it is that Curtis tells you to say...you are his puppet...right?? But you better get it right dude because I have requested a copy of the arrest report. After his day in court over it, then I can get the copy. So you tell it right or get yourself a big tall glass of STFU, because you know I will post the arrest report when I get it and it will either agree with what you say or not. All I have said is that he threatened to harm/hurt Doreen...and sorry if I mispelled her name. I never said he touched her, nor did the police tell me that he touched her...only that he threatened to harm/hurt her. While you are telling us your knowledge on it...you want to pony up the WHY this came up in the first place. I would be curious to know if it agrees with what I was told.

I dont know how many of you have kept up with the saga of a boat called the "CardShark" or of another boat called "Come Fly With Me". I have been in that mix from the beginning as the guy that took the CardShark, Jeff Murray, is a good friend of mine. Yep...he got caught and is currently residing in Huntsville, Texas at the Texas Department of Corrections...aka...prison. He has been there for a couple of years now, but should be getting out anytime. He was also privy to several people up in New York that were involved in a multi-million dollar boat theft ring. Does the name Angelo Giamaldi ring a bell with anyone? He use to own Activator Boats and he was heavily involved in the boat thefts, but he is also, now...dead. How about Joe Srgo...anyone recognize this name? He was the driver of the Outerlimits Offshore race boat. He was in it almost as deep as Angelo. He was also convicted, but he has something like a 10 year probation and was fined $850,000.00. So far he has paid half of the fine and still has until either August or September to pay off the rest of it. How about a dude named Mike Lawrence? Mikie was up to his ass in debt with his boat, Come Fly With Me and needed to sell it or turn it. Instead, he got with Angelo and another dude names Curtis Cropper to make the boat disappear. The boat went poof and they got caught. Anyone ever hear the name Jeff Cropper? How about JC Performance engines in Babalon, New York. Jeff and Curtis are brothers. Jeff is also involved in the CardShark boat theft, because he was at Angelo's Activator boat place when the CardShark was brought to them and he was also present while they were stripping the boat and cutting it up with chain saws. He is charged with conspiracy. Why in the Hell would someone like him with a thriving motor business get involved in something like this...I just dont know. Now his brother Curtis seems to be about as worthless as tits on a boar hog as he has bragged about being in jail something like 50 times. Oh yea...this is something to be very proud of. In fact, I think he is still in jail at this time on a Domestic Abuse charge...threatening to harm/hurt his wife. She should toss his ass under the buss while it is still moving. Curtis pled GUILTY to felony insurance fraud and also guilty to fileing a false document. The insurance charge stems from his conjuring up a Skater boat, giving it numbers and then getting a title for it, but the boat never existed except on paper. Wouldnt you know it...the imaginary boat got stolen so good ole church goin' Curtis filed a theft report with the police (filing a false document) and then contacted the insurance company to collect the $100,000.00 PLUS he had it insured for (insurance fraud) The insurance company decided to check into it alittle deeper by contacting Peter, (owner of Skater) to verify the numbers on the boat. Peter made a trip to the Grand Jury in Suffock County, New York to testify that the numbers used were NOT issued by his company. Woopsieeeeeeeeee...insurance fraud. Curtis still has 2 more felony charges pending, but all this dousche needs is one more conviction and his ass is toast on the 3 strike rule. The other guy here is Jimmy Winters and he is in it hook, line and sinker with Curtis. The one felony GUILTY plea that Curtis made on the insurance fraud case is going to put him away for 2-1/2 to 7 years, so most of you guys boats up there should be safe for a while. Curtis views himself as some sort of double badass, but I dont think anyone has anything to worry about if you happen to bump into him between now and his sentencing sometime in July. As most of you know...anyone who constantly tells everyone else what a big badass they are is usually nothing more than a limp-dick when it comes down to showtime. Most of my information on this ordeal comes from friends in the Suffock County Police Department, the investigators, the DA's office...where I have a relative and a few other sources. I catch alot of crap over on OSO mainly because 98% of everything I ever posted over there concerning this mess has been true or it actually happened. The people over there that seem to think that these guys didnt do anything cant stand it. I just sit back and laugh. There are 3 other dudes that have not been charged in this mess yet. The owner of the CardShark, The Skater boat sales dude here in Texas on Lake Texoma who said he had nothing to do with it, but signed a letter of immunity with the Grayson (Texas) County Sheriff's department and the DA of Sherman, and the hot-shot Performance Boat dude on Lake Texoma. The best reason these clowns have not been charged is because they are good buddies with the Sheriff and the DA. Protection from within...sorta like having an unlimited supply of condoms.

This is just a public service announcement for all my Yankee (meant lovenly) buds to keep a wary eye on your boats.

When someone threatens your wife...this is one thing, but actually harming your wife puts you in line to get a bullet upside the head in my book. Guys just dont beat on women...or at least this is how I was raised. Curtis does have one double cute baby girl...I will give him credit for that, but Curtis is also the poster child for massive stupid. More than likely, by the time this dousche-bag gets out of prison, she will be a teenager. Hopefully Doreen will divorce his ass and meet someone that will cherish her without making threats to hurt or harm her, or the baby.

There is totally nothing wrong with defending you're friend, I have done the same myself.

The two above quotes have striking similarities, except for one fact, Murray is not here to speak for himself. So you have yourself and Curtis with the ability to speak on your side of the fence and "pole smoker" by himself.

At the end of the day, Curtis and Murray are thieves and row in the same boat in my book. I'm not trying to attack you, just making the point that if you truly believe "if you do the crime, you do the time" why would you risk your own reputation defending someone who got caught red handed in the cookie jar?

I agree, however during Murray's time in the limelight of this saga Murray never picked up any additional charges. I assure you had Murray had a domestic dispute during his trial or time out of jail, I would bet my life someone would have dragged it through the mud and on here.

No Sir, I was not there. You are correct, I have no first hand knowledge of what happened or the events subsequent to his arrest nor have I made such a claim. Thats why I said "domestic abuse" cause I was not there to see if he actually beat her, yelled at her, pushed her around or whatever.

I'm POSITIVE about one thing. He didn't get arrested for domestic abuse for giving her a back rub...

I agree with you to an extent, however like I stated previously I feel the conscience of others is any charges after the fact are subject to scrutiny. If you honestly do not think the domestic charge no matter how large or small they maybe won't play a part in the boat portion of Curtis's trial, you really are delusional. It becomes a question of one's character, thats just my opinion though.

I'm not asking you to do that at all, and I don't feel that others are either. As a total outsider with no ax to grind with anyone I can look at this with no obligation either way.

What I see is two obviously intelligent people (yourself & pole smoker) going at each other defending separate criminals you both call friends. In all honesty pole smoker has not defended Murray as vigorously as you have Curtis, at least in my reading of these events. It does however put your integrity in question when you vigorously defend someone like Curtis who is already in trouble and is digging himself deeper. If he is your friend pick up the phone and call him and tell him to quit digging himself deeper for christ sake.

Lastly, I want to say I have spent countless hours reading on this site over the last couple of months...mostly in the beware section and I agree it totally sucks when people bring wives and spouses into things like this. It especially sucks when the person on the ropes taking a beating is your friend. However, read some of the other threads in the beware section. PLENTY of people have dragged wives and kids into threads on here, the Sunkin Ejection Stories thread comes to mind....

Let me add this to clarify, the Sunkin story blows my mind. What a P.O.S. that guy is, but did his wife and kids deserve to be even brought up or even mentioned? No they didn't, but they were. The wife and kids had nothing to do with Sunkin stuff yet they were mentioned in the thread several times.

Curtis picked up additional charges that involved the wife along the way to a boat trial, should they be mentioned? Not in my personal opinion, however his domestic abuse charge has relevance to the boat case so it will be admissible in court during the boat trial....which makes it open for discussion...
