The Judge has set Winters trial to be before Curtis goes to his sentencing trial, and yes there is a reason for that. There is a good chance that something might drop on the table from the Winters trial...that is expected to take as long as a month. If something does hit the table against Curtis, this most probably will increase his time of 2-1/2 to 7...maybe more. The people I spoke with on the phone the other day want it all, but they didnt tell me what was, if anything, is coming. The latest I was told is that Winters has his turn starting June 25. So far, I dont know of anything that has changed.
JC will probably be the last to have his day...after Winters and Curtis. All they told me on that is "because". I dont know what because is suppose to mean

lol, funny I was on the phone with Curtis on friday. The dates are the dates, none of the cloke and dagger stuff that you like to spin. the dates change because of attorneys scheduling conflicts.... or as you would like to report maybe a bigfoot siting or aliens. Shouldnt you be out hunting a chupacabra?

He says he will not do any jail time, but the DA says he will...2-1/2 to 7 years...which could increase depending on what comes out at the Winters trial. If everyone will remember in the beginning, Curtis barked hard, loud and long...I DIDNT DO NOTHING. So my question is...if he didnt do nothing, then why did he plead guilty to a felony with him looking at 2 more unanswered felonies? OH well...the DA must be nuts or something and have it all wrong since it appears that Curtis is running the show. As for me on who I would believe...I think I will go with the DA's office for 5.
BTW...I saved all those rants he made before they were deleted and sent copies of them to the DA's office. Sherri was most appreciative.

Oh I'm sure he only plead guilty because he wants to make it stay # 48 , another accomplishment of how many times he's been to jail or maybe his old lady is on his last nerve and he needs a little vacation, oh wait, she ALREADY got on his last nerve

Thieves SUCK, someone stole (4) 16" alum rims and tires off my Nordic trailer last week. Insurance covered it but, I still had $250 deductible, GRRRRRRRRRRR. Once again, boat related thefts affect us all in higher insurance $$!
