It always seems that those with the jingle walk away and the foot soldiers take the blame.
I'm not saying this is the case here but I've questioned before that if this was indeed the case why wasn't there any implication of owners involvement.
Then again it could of all been hearsay from the one who actually took the boat and got convicted. If it's true I'm sure it'll be resurrected in some upcoming testimony of other trials.
An owner of a magnificent boat would be much more well served donning a PFD and deliberately ramming a dock or concrete bulkhead at speed and then claiming it was an accident than hanging with that crowd. There's never been an honor code of loyalty among criminals, for a lesser sentence they'll rat out all the conspirators.

I'm surprised he hasn't Darr-yered up and come back as an attorney in the know, LOL!!!

I was really bummed with all the long term members barred, except two, from the board for some of the verbal engagements. Forum bickering is always incredibly funny to read.
I, like many others I'm sure, look forward to their respective cases making it in the courtroom. I just hope that the prosecutors don't roll over into some piss poor phucking plea bargain agreements.
I've said it before and will say it again.
What kind of example does this set for the citizens of the state and most especially the young people???
Crime should never pay in spades of lesser sentences.
Just my .02

Paul has more class than to "Darr up" and debate the dipchits here that condone this type of theft. Not sure on the rules and how long his time out will be but consitering 99% of what he said was proven right, I would welcome him back along with many others.

Nothing is more up to date and correct then the court proceedings that anyone can view. Everything else is hearsay and/or drama.

I don't want you to think he was one of the two I'm referring to.
I did find him entertaining and he seemed to hit the nail on the head on many relevant points in the topic of the threads.
I don't feel sorry his bud is in the can, he earned it fair and square, but I'm glad he's getting decent treatment from the administration.
As for the other one, I feel sorry for the rest of the people in his state if he, truly, gets off as lightly as he posted here before he got banned.
I don't believe I've read anything from a particular member condoning their actions of theft. But, I joined late and never read the entire first thread. If they did shame on them too.

See ya,
Kelly
