Brian doesn't let people walk all over him. He is a good man. He is a friend and my boat mechanic. He's obviously trying to salvage this deal. If this thread accomplished that goal then it's mission accomplished. Who looks like an ashole is someone who writes like a ten year old. Time to sit back and see how this plays out.

Thats how I was raised
It looks that way to more than just the seller.

A true professional in any industry will weigh the options and think a lot more than twice about the best way to handle a bad situation.

I know Brian is a good guy I sead that befor. If the seller lived cose to me I would go get his stuff my self and ship it to him. A Month is to long to wate for the stuff you payed for I would hope that if I was in his situation. That some other people on here would be as pissed as me about what this guy did.

When was the last time this seller was on the forum? I just wonder if he shipped after checking in after being away for a few days. Sad if that's the case, but good for brian41.

Seller is selling for a reason, be it cash in hand, space, doesn't matter. But when you receive and cash a check for merchandise the onus is on you to deliver on the deal. A couple three days if life gets in the way , but really you have another mans money in your pocket and that ain't cool!

All good. Based off what I've seen from buck35 I'm pretty sure there's a lot worse people I could be mistaken for.

Allen, this should help with your discomfort........but call Marge if you still find a need.

Items came today and were even better than described. This and the previous purchase I made from this seller were both hands down the 2 best deals I have ever made in the swap shop. I did get my items but the fact still remains that he did deceive me on the shipping date on the 2nd deal and his communication was poor at best but he did finally delivered so I will not be outing him.

I get a lot of junk from the swap shop including another buy I made last week that also came in today. Not the fault of the seller other than he should have know 3 of the items were total junk. I should have asked a couple more questions on this deal but he should have taken 1 part off and offered that for sale and scraped the rest, it was cheap but I payed to much for what I got. To boot it was the wrong size and now I have buyers remorse.
