Not that I care to admit acting like an adolescent, but you named the wrong "Buck".

Bad behavior without consequence equals no incentive to alter said behavior. Help the guy change by letting us know who he is. Maybe start with clues in case he's calling your bluff on outing him.

I sent him an E-mail yesterday afternoon stating I needed the tracking by the end of the day. When I came in this morning I got a tracking # that was for somebody else that he sent something to last month in Los Altos, California. I am in Michigan so I am sure that was not mine. I sent him another E-mail this morning telling him about this thread letting him know he needs to produce parts or a real tracking # by noon today or he will be named with all his contact info. At this point I know he is full chit and playing games but I will wait 4 more hours and post what I have on him.

Sucks Brian, I believe you've been in this situation before with a complete boat! I know your probably trying to save your 850.00 in parts by not outing him, but at this point I think there are no parts. Definitely out this guy. Let the power of OSO take over....good luck.

Your correct, my last OSO rip off was to the tune of $45,000.00 that is still not resolved after almost 4 years so $850.00 is just a cheap reminder.

Good luck Brian. Maybe we'll take some of the new toys out for practice.

Anyone else think the "man in brown" might have swiped the goods?

You guys are too cynical......

Boat was sold by Bill Hionas, still has both banks on the titles, guy takes it to Cobra Power for "fresh used parts rebuilds with warranty," but decided to sell some leftover parts to Brian. He originally got the parts from Trick Marine, still has the boxes they go in but Fred Cecil hasn't sent him a receipt yet so he wants to include the receipt in the sale to Brian. Since he is trading the boat on a Spectre/Sonic center console he was just checking with Frisini Motorsports to make sure the Spectre/Sonic will be ready since it is in NJ getting some logo work done. Frisini is running the whole deal through his lawyer Mike A since he is on retainer. Boat has to get fitted for a Polycarbionic windshield custom made at SuperCat Cove (secret location with Sunkin installed anti-terrorist lawn I-beams surrounding the place. Sunkin is just back from paratrooper training, no he wasn't learning he was teaching the Seal Team 6 guys how its done. After all he has been personally ejected multiple times from Apache Powerboats but I can't tell you which ones because it is classified! Tim Sharkey hasn't gotten back from Miami yet with the models and he was going to shoot the Spectre/Sonic boat since it is a "one off" and might not be able to ever get pics of it again since the other guy Chuck has been trying to steal it. So Brian, you can see that the parts can't be shipped until Tim takes the pics of the boat Chuck is going to steal after Mike A. says it is ok for Tony to switch the logos with the parts that he got from Trick Marine and as the boat gets sent to the "Top Secret SuperCat Cove" under deep military cover for the fitting of the patented polycarbionic windshield before Cobra does the rebuilds and Hionas takes care of the title loans..........THE END!
