I'd hate to say it Brett but I would have the customer buy the prop to be tested and upon return of the product you reimburse them minus the test fee... this would keep everyone honest and end you having to chase down douchebags who love your product soooo much they wanna keep it... lol

I know. It's been discussed many times. There are literally only a person or two a year that will try to screw us.
When you tell people what the cost is and they don't have to potentially pay CC interest during a billing cycle and it is so cheap etc., the deal makes almost crazy sense. I like being simple with this program because it works.
But as you referenced, that may become the procedure or maybe it just stops completely.
We'll determine changes for next season.

Update.
Called Paul out of the blue today on another line. He answered! I told him who I was. He was obviously shocked as he didn't speak. I asked him to please send the props back. He said he would tomorrow.
Now we'll see if he does so or not.
Who wants to guess if he will? I'll be surprised if he does.

Very unfortunate people have to do childish things like this and risk compromising a very helpful program for everyone. Some people don’t give a shot about others and think that things won’t catch up with them... Hopeuflly the next update we see from Brett is a good one.
