I gotta chime in on this, I grew up in Longport, we could pick out a summer vacationer or someone from out of town in a blink of eye. We called them "shoebees" The name comes from people in the 1930's who would pack their lunch in a shoe box and then leave them all over the beach.

Unfortunately, the stupid gene population is growing. Stupid people move from one activity that requires common sense to another. A few stupid people die, then laws get passed to protect all the other stupid people. We no longer have to share the cost for their stupidity, but we don't get to enjoy the activity any more.
