73 for the third year in a row. We always want more speed but I can't complain about the consistency. lol The boat is 100% bone-stock, 12 years old, and has never been cracked open, so I can honestly say it does indeed belong in this class. I believe a .030-over rebuild would be considered a mod and put a boat in the Modified engine class.
I'm the NV2S2 champion for 2009, 2010, and 2011 by default since nobody else has shown up to race this class for the last three years. But it's all good... the event is a great to participate in and it's for a good cause. Racing bikes was work, this is all fun. :drink:
