From what I've been told by Checkmate, roughly 20 true 2800SX Outboards. Two are located in NJ, my boat in FL, one in Japan, one in NE Illinois, one in NY that are accounted for..

Not sure if the one in NY is the one I just purchased ! It’s Blue n white twin 2.5 with a 2ft setback. Faded Scratched but rock solid. Amazing for a boat that’s almost 35 years old . Originally rigged by Ocean Outboard! That’s why it’s lasted ! Every hole drilled and sealed properly. It has 28 lightning ET props spinning out. Will be some time before it hits the water but what’s the latest n greatest props for this these days
