I dont think it would make that much of a difference. The pipes are not all that long and there isnt much backpressure If any. I have 4" pipes on the Stinger and it just makes it louder and rumbles more. You get more of a loud crackle with the smaller pipes.

I also now have a issue, I put my limited in today and saw a gain of 4-500 rpm in power but smae top end speed, 48-49 on gps, how can I get more rpm and no more speed? I am going to talk to some prop peaple now and find out what is going on, I have a 19P stainless now, the boat still does not want to spin the 21, I have a motoer that should be in the 340375 horse rang, I don't get it, I wish I went BBC!!

I can simpithize,My next step is either to a BBC( I already have a 427 set to go) or just put aluminum heads and water jackets on my 355.
