Stringer on transom view
Up to now, not that it is still good as new, but transom is not as bad as i thought it would be, and the first stringer i cut is still good!

Home for the week end! Did not move much on my resto since i split the deck from hull... had to lower it bak on when i took everything out to pour the concrete floor in december! Today i simply lift it off the trailer to put it on the floor cradles... then will lift and flip deck again! Luckily i have 2 other running boats so i work on it when time is available! Not on the same pace Heath or Dan are moving on their resto for sure!
