Thanks man.

I have to admit, it is a nice looking boat.

Which is good, because with a top speed of about 55, people get a longer chance to see it.

just stumbled on this site and wanted to show off my very amazing little Scorpion 230 Its all orginal with only about 75 hours on the boat and motor..I found it north of Toronto owned by a very old gentleman who literally never used it..it sat in a boat house with two separate covers keeping the interior like new..The Bimini top has never been on the boat.

I have some work to do this winter but I am starting with a really nice little boat..let me know your thoughts

thanks

p.s. dont know how to insert pictures..sorry

1985 Stinger 390. Just bought it last spring. It had twin 1000 HP blower motors installed when I purchased and it went over 100 MPH. I prefered reliability over extreme speed so swopped out the supercharger engines for twin 450 hp 454's. Still finishing the setup, and having lots of fun with it. I wanted this boat since I saw it on tv when I was a kid. She is in pretty good shape with some interior updating needing to be done. Sunpads are missing from the photo's but have blue stripes to match up to the back seat. It is a rewarding project for sure and the fulfillment of a lifelong dream for me.

For the windshield simply built a frame with real thin wood, glass over it but mold it (at least the front of wshield) with the boat. Mine was only screwed with silicon joint but from jumping wawes the screw would not hold tight.
