Winter Project Progress

Well, we've decided to repaint in addition to other improvements and wanted to show you guys where I was so far. It's only the sanding stage at this point. Bow is blocked straight along with the loss of all stainless hardware. Holes are all filled and sanded. Windscreen mold is built and will be laying glass in the next few weeks (and yes, my shoulders are sore :D ).
RHC will be definately glad to see the loss of hardware. Anyway, here they are and we'll post once the primer starts in 3-4 weeks. Rob |

We are also making some custom side vents, replacing the stainless hardware ones. I have one made and need to make a total of 6. As soon as I get a couple mounted I'll post some pics. Rob |

That looks great with the form of the new winshield. Some more pics spoted from the cockpit please. So you are molding the plexus after the shape of the wood or what??
