Winter Project Progress

Well, we've decided to repaint in addition to other improvements and wanted to show you guys where I was so far. It's only the sanding stage at this point. Bow is blocked straight along with the loss of all stainless hardware. Holes are all filled and sanded. Windscreen mold is built and will be laying glass in the next few weeks (and yes, my shoulders are sore
).
RHC will be definately glad to see the loss of hardware. Anyway, here they are and we'll post once the primer starts in 3-4 weeks.

We are also making some custom side vents, replacing the stainless hardware ones. I have one made and need to make a total of 6. As soon as I get a couple mounted I'll post some pics.

What part of the US are you from Mange? There's a possibility you can use my mold after I'm done if we can figure something out, that's up to you.
You have any pics you can post?
