Default painting bolster alum frames

What are the recommended methods to paint the bolster frames? Have a '94 Bullet. This boat is used in saltwater.

The frames are clear coated from the factory making and excellant base for paint. Otherwise you will need to get them soda blasted to accept the powdercoat. ($$$ put it the fuel tank) When you go to remove the cushion base you may find some corrosion on the mating surfaces. Also where the frame meets the floor as well. If your picky, you can blast those surfaces ot just wire wheel & treat with alum oxide primer. Ohter than that, scuff pad & go to town with the paint.
