Hi Dave
Hangovers arn't that bad cuz you can just pop another one and wala headache gone. Now on the other hand a busted leg from snowboarding could be a bad day :D

Did you get out on the water for a test run this weekend???

Think you will have her back together by the fun run in June ? I hope to be up and running by then.

Gear drives are a direct link from crank to cam, therefore they transfer harmonics from each. if a crank is a little off balance, it will transfer through the gears, as to what extent, I'm not sure, but a good way to think is, if you hold a stick out and give a little shake on one end, the harmonics will make the other end shake much more. I'm sure they are good, other wise people wouldnt use them, but in all my street motors I've always used a cloyes true roller with adjustable tabs. Send a pm to JC or Laz Mesa, They might be able to specify more details...Rob
