does anybody know where i can buy the original style gas strut for the deck hatches' on a '93 top gun ? I called the phone # printed on the label, but the number has been disconnected. they are 7" in length when extended.the replacement struts at the marina's and auto part stores are no match.

I would like to know as well. I have left at least seven messages with cigarette and no returned calls. I even drove down there and while everyone was real nice they brought one out to show me but didn't know how much to charge and told me to call back later.

Spring Lift was bought by Attwood. West Marine can order them (in different strengths) for $46/pair.

I ordered mine originally from WM, special ordered with the number off the strut, they sent the wrong one 3 times. Cost me $40 in shipping that they did not credit back.

ck the pound lift rating too. They can vary. My local parts guy can order Spring lift with 5. shipping. I've bought some for the Fountain.
