Default Three minus one?

Quick Question:
If you have a Cigarette set up with tripple power. Can you simply remove center engine? Or do you need to reset the engines? THanks

You should be able to remove the center engine and fill the transom. It has been done on several fountains I know.

I have a friend who has a triple diesel engine Wellcraft Meteor. removed the center one and only lost 5 mph.

Ride actually improved. A couple seconds longer to get up on plane.

I imagine that re-configuring to staggered set up will be a lot more work...stringers need to be re-done, fill in three transom holes, open two new ones, etc., etc.

just sell the three engines in there now and re-place them with two big dawgs!
