Wow nobody's bashin' Fountain!

not bashing anybody here! Just curious to see if I was the only one!

I love the 39Cig and will soon own one. But I have a 36Baja right now and they have great customer service. I say you pay that kind of money for a boat and someone better be there to answer questions during all regular buisness hours. Not send you to someones voicemail. But as sad as it is theirs alot of people that run buisnesses like that.

Cigarette has always been that way. Half the ladies in the front office barely speak English. They make a killer boat, but their customer service just sucks.

Damn, guess my next boat won't be a Cig either.

well...when I was 12 or so..I wrote a letter to cig asking for info on there boats...got back a bunch of brochures, some pictures some stickers and a letter..wish I still had them..pretty good customer service back in the day to take care of a kid back then...

Getting stuff from the "boutique" is tough.

E-mailed Bud with a tech question last week, had an answer the same day.

I doubt any manufacturer would part out boats in that nature and not control the end product.

Heck I know Nortech tries to buy back trashed boats so they will not have weakened boats out there with their names on them.
