Cigarette Customer Support...does It Exist ?
 

I sent 2 e-mails in 3 weeks and left 2 phone messages the following 2 weeks (parts) and NOBODY, ever replied either by e-mail or by phone...

This has nothing to compare with Formula customer support... Do they call back sometimes ?

Seriously, if you want Cigarette customer service buy a Lipship boat and Phil will get back to you.

Nope, I have e-mailed and called a half dozen times within 2 weeks about some parts I need for a potential purchase(did not know if an upgrade was worth going through cigarete or private) ... no response.. complete BULLCHIT.. Skip must be at the BUFFETT ! I hear to just go through Phil At Lip Ship and it will be a better experience

a lady answers, transfers me to apparently the right person, leave a message. nobody calls back, so I call back again, saying AGAIN I sent 2 e-mail without answer and one phone message and no call, she trans fers me again to another voice mail, leave a message again, still no answer...

If they could at least redirect me to Phil or anybody else, but that's not the case. My hat off to Formula for that. SOOOOOO QUICK to answer back!

What do you need from Cigarette?

I have never had a problem calling them. Most manufacturer build boats Cigarette builds work of arts so their busy!
