Anyone know any history on this 28ss

Just wondering if anyone has any info on the 28ss in port clinton ohio that is in the classifieds? and is it a good deal? Thanks

I wish there were more pics....looks like to different yr bravos on it. Just wondering what kind of shape it was in before he restored it.
