The Gladiators are nice boats. If you want a sit down rocket without a cabin to maintain, a Gladiator is the ticket. There are quite a few on the market and there seem to be some really good deals on them as well. I loved the one that I had. We ran the devil out of it when I had it and it is still going strong today.

Actually it is. It was taken at the Seaside Heights, NJ race a few years ago and it is on the wall in my office at work along with this picture of the Top Gun coming out of a turn in Key West back in 2001 and this picture of the Apache serving as a pace boat for the races here in Ocean City this past September. They are all three blown up to poster size and they certainly help me get through the day.

Thanks for the kind words! I tried to sell it this spring, but it did not go. It is at Bay Performance right now getting a little spruce up just in time for the summer. We are painting the bow and stern rails, putting in new fuel fills to get rid of the ones that need a key, installing flush fuel vents and tackling a few more minor odds and ends.

Now back to the Gladiators!
