Default Deck rail on new cigs!

Wondering what people think about leaving the deck rail off for a cleaner look. I love the new 38 Phil just built without the deck rail. Does anyone really use them? I have not on any of the cigs we have had. Also makes it tougher to clean around.

What do you guys think?

I agree, I think it looks better. I never thought about it until I saw the 38 Phil just built. Your 38 looked mint without it.

Looks much better without it... But if your on the bow and you need something to hold on to for what ever reason, you will wish you had one.

I never minded the look of the deck rail... Could be a pain in the azz to clean though.

If your up there alot for lines and/or anchor it does come in handy for stability.

I like the clean look myself, but a painted rail looks cool and is useful as well. The way Harold from Grafikworx does the Cig logo on the deck draping it over the rail gives it a cool effect making it worthwhile.
