Default Cig Web Site

Anyone know why the site hasn't been updated since (what appears to be) 2005?

Because that would be considered part of Customer Service.. and we all know how great they are at that!! In fact I received a gift certificate for x-mas and they had to right it on their stationary because they have no printed certificates.

HAHAHAHA....now that is funny.....Maybe my Fiance and I shouldn't be so hard on them for their T-Shirt selection. She had a devil of a time getting shirts from them.

If you want to order anything out of the store, call Joanne and she will take care of you. I order all the time and I have never had a problem. You might have to call more than once to place the order, but let's face it, it is not a retail establishment like Bloomindales, its a factory.
As far as the website? I wish they would update and maintain it a little more diligently myself.

Joanne has always taken care of my husband and I as well. Give her a call, even better if you can visit the factory. She has lots of items not listed on the site.

Same here. I have always had great success with ordering stuff off the website. Cigarette should take a look at all the other manufactures updating their websites and how good they are such as Hustler and Donzi. A good website says alot.

I have to say Joanne has been very helpful in the past also and definatley not her fault that Cigarette puts no time and effort into the retail part. I am sure Skip and te crew no wha they are doing, but if saw the waiting line for people trying to buy gear at the Maimi boat show, you would think the retail part of it could be big... think Harley Davidson! made more mony off of clothes and parts than bikes!

OMG did they rake it in at the boat show - I bet the did $300K in sales. LIPSHIP is the place to buy the stuff on-line and they have a better selection too. Ever try and register for the Cigsite club membership module - Ha never works
