Unless you have a spare big block, a spare drive, and spare exhaust lying around, the conversion could easily exceed to total value of the boat. And I'm not knocking 20' Cigarette's, I have one.

it would be alot easier at this point to change the bracket and put 2 --260 hp outboards on there . It will take awhile,but you will get used to going faster than the I/O boats !!!LOL
